3 parts Hiram Walker™ Triple Sec
2 parts Ocean Spray™ White Cranberry Juice
2 parts Sweet & Sour Mix
1 part Nellie & Joe’s Key Lime Juice™
3-4 drops of McCormick’s™ “neon” green food coloring
(PANTONE® 375 C for color match)
Peeled fresh kiwi fruit, chopped
Peeled fresh kiwi fruit, sliced for garnish
Ice cubes
Into Cocktail shaker: add ice, chopped kiwi, gin & mixers.
SHAKE IT (the ice will “puree” the chopped kiwi)
SERVE “UP” (Pour into chilled martini glass)
Float kiwi slice... watch it sink...

Kinsley Design Group in Highland Park, IL, rolled out the green carpet to over 60 of their top clients showcasing the pegRAIL™ collections & serving “up” plenty of pegTINI’s (our new, signature martini, in pegRAIL™ green, of course!)
The guest list included several of Chicago’s fine interior design firms, builders, home supply companies and Kinsley’s own private clientele.
